This holiday with my family was the most enjoyable and everyone of us simply loved it. Thanks to Kaori san from Hokkaido Treasure Island Travel. It started with some simple enquiries in March 2019 as I planned to travel somewhere in Dec 2019. Kaori helped me with with the itinerary and made some proposal and suggestion. Finally I managed to confirm the dates and flight details in Sep 2019. Immediately she assisted in getting the best accommodation and secured an English speaking driver Hidenori san. She is very patience and understanding and help me with some last minute changes. The entire trip, she will constantly liaise with the driver to ensure we are on schedule. On our 2 days free and easy in Sapporo, she provided a list of place to visit, restaurants and maps of the city. Kaori was indeed a very friendly, helpful and resourceful in making our family holiday in Hokkaido the most memorable.
