Our family of 4, including 2 elderly parents, engaged Treasure Island to plan our 10 day trip in Hokkaido. Every aspect of the trip was impeccably thought out, including the key attractions to visit, fun activities planned for the family (e.g. mochi pounding and Japanese tea appreciation), the accommodation booked, restaurants booked and knowledgeable driver hired. Kudos especially to our dedicated agent Kiyoka-San, who was very thoughtful and accommodating to our requests. She had also remembered our mother's birthday and planned little surprises for her, without any prompting from us.
If I were to return to Hokkaido, I would most definitely want to engage Treasure Island again.
As one of the more senior members (Dad), I also wish to extend my warmest appreciation and thanks to Miss kiyoka, Yuri and the rest of the gang. The tour itinerary was so well planned to perfection. What were there to see we saw, and what fine Hokkaido cuisine to experience we tasted. Kiyoka san once again you and your chums were truly very warm and sincere in your profession.
